New 2 U Appliances

I have been doing business with the owner Mike for few years now and him and his staff have always been helpful and have had great customer service and excellent prices! His appliances are used but they come with a great warranty and Mike will work with you in any situation. Also I bought a dryer from him and the heating element went out and he sent an employee out right away and fixed it with no charge as he honored his warranty. Go check them out! 5 out of 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT SHOP HERE and if you do please know that their warranty does not mean anything. They will not stand by it. Bought a refrigerator from them and was given a 90 day warranty. He sold me the refrigerator stating that nothing was wrong with it at all. Got it home and the ice maker does not work. I contacted him to let him know and he said he would look up the parts. He gives me several excuses over the next 2 weeks about how he has contacted the manufacturer and all that. He has since ghosted me and will not respond to anything. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had with a business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL.

What can I say other than this gentleman knows how to run a business AND treat his customers, workers, guests right. He literally answered my texts at 4:30 am to make sure I knew he was going to take care of the issue and make it right. He did more than that, he talked me through the whole process of getting the new washer prepared and in great working condition. He allowed me to either get it fixed or get a different washer. This man's the complete professional and has the highest standard of customer care and service. If you're thinking of get a washer/dryer but hesitant of unknown quality. Guarantee, this gentleman will take care of all your issues and worries. BUY FROM HIM. I cannot stress enough how amazing he's been through the process. Thank God for people like him.
