Where Has Customer Service Gone? If you're wondering where great customer service has gone, you'll find it at Bob Wallace Appliance and Mr. Appliance. I recently needed to upgrade my refrigerator and called Bob Wallace Appliance to order the necessary part. I also asked Mr. Appliance to handle the installation since I've had excellent experiences with both companies in the past. This time, an unexpected problem came up. Fortunately, Steve at Bob Wallace Appliance and Carol at Mr. Appliance took ownership of the situation. After I explained what had happened, they worked together behind the scenes to resolve everything with very little involvement on my part. Their willingness to communicate, cooperate, and genuinely care about making things right was refreshing. That level of customer service has become increasingly rare, and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Steve and Carol, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend both Bob Wallace Appliance and Mr. Appliance to anyone looking for quality products, professional service, and customer support that truly puts the customer first.

Been doing business with them for a long time. Just had to replace our laundry and went with Speed Queen so hopefully no more need for premature repairs. Sales experience was great. I felt well informed and it was fast. Delivery experience was superb. Communication beforehand was good, they were on time, setup was professional and he took time to go through settings and proper usage with my wife.

Josh Luttrell was very helpful and informative but not pushy at the same time. Very smooth and painless experience during my showroom visit. On delivery, Caleb, Chris and Will were very professional and timely in hauling out my old units and installing my new speed queen set. They took the time to go over operation and were very clean and careful with their work. I would 1000% recommend these folks for appliances.

Our almost 20 year old side by side refrigerator went out and I needed one asap. I called and Josh was able to help me. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to appliances, I don't like stainless steel. I like black. They had a black one in stock and they were able to deliver it the following day. The installers were very nice and professional. I love my new Whirlpool French Door refrigerator.
