Mr.Williams came out this morning and had my Samsung Washing Machine apart and fixed within 30 mins or so. Very professional, polite and is about business in and out. Highly reccomend.

I called few guys to repair my new Samsung washing machine but looks like everyone so busy. Finally I call Glen and he said his brother will come on Monday. He troubleshoot and found fault and fix within few hours. Reasonable cost to repair and very reliable. We definitely recommend.

I contacted Carl's Appliance about my upstairs HVAC system not cooling. I found them to be very thorough and professional. It was the first time a company actually checked my Duct work under the house and checked the system in the attic. Their rates are very reasonable. I would Definitely recommend them.

They replaced the new compressor for my refrigerator, the temperature on the refrigerator does not cool enough. I keep calling them a week long. The lady receptionist either never pick up the phone or when she accidental pick up, she always promise to talk to the technician come out and check and will call me back in 5 minutes which she never call back and the technician never show up even I ask them just give me the appointment I can wait for few days if I have to. This offer still does not work, when I call back now when he hear my voice he hand up and I call back no one pick up. Mr, Carl normally was very good person and my husband loved to come to him for fixing. Maybe this is not the case anymore. I have to dispute the charge and looking for different company to fix my refrigerator. I would not give this company for even one star if I could. Please stay away from it if you don't want to waist your time and money.

I bought a refrigerator here and got a great deal. We're very happy with our purchase. I was by myself when I bought it and they were super friendly and loaded it onto my truck for me. He even lent me some straps to secure the fridge. When I returned them, he said thanks for bringing them back for the next person who needs them. Kinda nice to shop from an old school shop with old school ways..
