Great experience with Rick’s Appliance. Prices were reasonable and their customer service was awesome. We bought a used washer and found out it had a small leak. We gave them a call and they had a tech out the very next day to fix it. Super easy to work with and they really stand behind their products. Would definitely recommend them.

Took our dishes washer there for repair They charged us $45.00 to check it out. They charged us another $300.00 for parts and labor. Took it home and it didn't work. We took it back and they had it another week told us they couldn't fix it and refused to give us back our money. They did us wrong avoid this place. Crooks they should have sold us a new one
