The gentlemen that delivered our fridge (Austin & Morris) were top notch! They were efficient from start to finish (verifying the house, getting our old fridge out, getting our new fridge in, making sure everything was setup properly, and making sure everything was clean and tidy before taking off. They really made our weekend getting our new appliance to us and did so in an incredibly professional manner. Thank you both and cannot recommend them enough for future services!

Sweet Home Appliance was great from start to finish. Kye, the salesman, was professional and respectful and gave me info on the dryer we were considering. He set up delivery for two days later! Austin delivered our dryer. He called to let me know the time he would arrive and he was on time. He was professional, respectful and very helpful. He took the older dryer and installed the new one quickly. We appreciated how careful he was. We are VERY happy. I went there because of their excellent ratings. We are adding our 5 stars.

Our dishwasher died and Sweet Home Appliance made getting a new one super easy. Kye was great to work with, he helped us with the purchase in store on a Saturday and by Monday we had our new dishwasher installed. Austin and Morris delivered and installed our new dishwasher and hauled away the old one. Both of them were phenomenal and went above and beyond any expectations I had for dishwasher installation. Hopefully it won’t be for a while, but the next time an appliance breaks we will definitely be back.

Austin and Kye were great!!!! From the sale to the install!! I chose to go this this place not for the prices, not for the large number of inventory, but for the honestly, product knowledge and willingness to give me what I needed not wanted. I came into the store with 2 models in mind and Kye helped me to get the correct product that suits my needs in everyday use. He didn't try to up sale or talk me into something different. He was knowledgeable and gave me the pros and cons on the 2 different washer dryer sets. Everyone was friendly and I was greeted with a smile! Austin came to install and was so pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and made sure the machines where where I needed them to be. He walked me through the settings and how they worked. Now I know I probably talked the poor man's ear off but he never let on that that bothered him. Both young men were excellent to work with and I recommend for what its worth to go talk to them if your in the market !! I purchased a speed queen and it was delivered next day i was able to purchased during my lunch break at work. I was looking specifically for a Speed Queen washer, I found an ad on Facebook marketplace Kye had posted. He was super helpful checking stock before I made the trip to the store. When we arrived we were greeted promptly, service was great and they loaded the washer in my car before I was done purchasing it. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
