Brian was great. Showed up at given day and appointment time. Easy to communicate with through text. Called for ice maker problem on a new GE fridge. He was very efficient. Got straight to work, taking apart the fridge getting to the ice maker and trouble shooting possible causes. Ended up being a frozen water line. He has a 30 day return period if problem returns. Very straight forward, honest guy. Would not hesitate to call again for service. Seems that most of the bad reviews are old and I think Brian took over a previously bad business.

We had our stand alone freezer go on the fritz…2 days before Christmas! After frantically calling 5 local repair companies, only 1 called back! Thank you Brian for your quick response, and, for fixing the problem quickly! Reasonable pricing too! No food loss! We will definitely use this company for any future needs.

I've had a great experience with this company. I opened a ticket with my warranty company for a washer issue and Brian came out the next day and fixed my issue. I've used their service twice now (once before for fridge and dishwasher issues) and have been satisfied. Don't know about the company as a whole but Brian is a great technician.
