M & M Used Appliances Sales

I came into Mobile on Mardi Gras week, I believe it was Fat Tuesday last year at 4pm. I purchased a refrigerator, clothes washer, and dryer. All were used, and the cost was less than 1 of any of the new appliances I was thinking about buying. I asked about delivery and was charged a modest amount. When I asked about scheduling they said they will do it tonight. Thirty minutes later they were setting up the appliances. He had the wrong plug for the dryer, and I had the wrong size water attachment for the ice maker in the refrigerator. I have to say it was heart warming to watch how well the young man worked with the older gentleman in getting these set up. He returned 15 minutes later to attach the clothes dryer. The next day he came back to set up the water to the ice maker. It has been 3 months no problems, other than I am hard pressed to keep my ice cold refrigerator filled with beer! Thank you for the great pricing and amazing service after the sale. You have a customer for life!

I recently bought a washer from M&M. I know there is always a risk buying a used appliance. I got it home and only one of the water settings worked. Then coincidentally my existing dryer went out the same day I purchased the washer. I was able to exchange the washer & purchase a dryer for the set price. Prompt delivery & installation. I would recommend & but again. Thank you!

This place is a joke. They are horrible.I purchased a refrigerator from them took it home plugged it up it worked fine. Five days after the 30 day warranty was up it quit just out of the blue. I called them and told them about it they were rude and would not even try to help me. Also a friend of mine bought a washer and dryer set from the same people at M and M it done the exact same thing. I will never buy anything else from here. Don’t waste your money.
