The older woman was working at 1:45pm on July 3rd should be fired. Every single time we called she put us on hold and never came back to the line. How absolutely rude of someone to do that. Not only that but completely ignored us when we were trying to speak and tell her that we were placed on hold repeatedly. I can understand putting someone on hold for a few moments while the store is busy but it was obviously something she was doing to be rude after we continued to call back. There’s no reason for someone to be on hold for 15 minutes. Offering such a low level of service is sure to put this place out of business, it’s just a matter of time

I do not live close to this location at all. It would take me 3 hours round-trip to get there. I am specifically ISO a particular item, that I really need, and I called their store to ask if they had it and the woman on the phone was not helpful at all. She would not offer any assistance as to if they had this item or not. I told her I didn’t want to drive 3 hours there and back for no reason, so I really needed to know if they had the item before I head that way. She would not tell me if they had the item. She wouldn’t help at all. Ridiculous. It wouldn’t have taken her but 2 minutes to check and see if they had this item and get back to me. Very disappointed in their customer service. They obviously don’t need the business or they would’ve been trying to help a customer that would be willing to drive 3 hours round trip to their store!!! Very aggravated that they couldn’t take 2 minutes to assist me and give me an answer as to if they had this particular item or not. Do not recommend this store.
