My husband took our washer to them for them to fix it. They had it for 3 days and didn’t even call us for an update. My husband had to call them. They stated it couldn’t be fixed, I believe that was a lie. He had to purchase one from them. When we took the washer home, it immediately started leaking plus it was rusted under the bottom. Heard several complaints about them but was trying to support. They kept the washer we brought to them to fix but gave us our money back for the one we purchased. NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS TO THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

My son bought a used dryer there since new dryers at places like Lowe's start at just over $500. The dryer was an older model of course, and the price was reasonable at just over $200. If it lasts for a couple of years, he would get his money's worth. As for the business, it's exactly as I pictured it. Appliances galore, stuffed in a small storefront, with a drive up rear pull up dore to load your car or trailer. They are friendly enough with little care on how they look. So to sum it up..need an appliance but don't have a lot of money and you just need it to get you through some rough times, this is your place. Choose, but choose wisely.🙂

Bought a washer and a dryer. Wanted to work any bugs out because after all the items were used. Had numerous problems with both the washer and the dryer. Last issue was close to 90 day warranty and they purposely didn’t come out for repair. They didn’t keep their word that he would send someone out before the warranty was up. When I called him out on it he was hostile and rude. Not honest. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Just not even worth the trouble. The manager also spoke disparagingly about his service techs which I thought was bizarre. This is not and honest business and the manager, the closer it got to my 90 days, the more hateful he became.
