IF I COULD GIVE THEM THUMBS DOWN I WOULD GIVE THEM THAT INSTEAD OF STARS. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. THEY MAKE FIGURES BEHIND THE DOORS. IF YOU GO THERE MAKE SURE YOU SEE PAPERWORK AND NOT WORD OF MOUTH. GLAD I PAY MY ACCOUNT OFF. NO RECOMMENDATION. Sidenote: I am only saying this due to fact was quote one quote for approval the manager which I thought was a customer went in back room she came out gave another figure. Quote she stated pay on your item more than we can approve you make more payments, I politely paused her and stated I only have one payment left she looked confused and said something management type of responsal. I went already paid my whole payment off and threw up the deuces sign. We are done. Service no longer needed.

Chaos. Very unprofessional. Our couch has broken twice on a part that one of the technicians that came out to fix it told us shouldn’t have even been used. They don’t have anyone competent in the store to actually schedule or answer any questions for your schedule and availability. The store manager is sassy and doesn’t seem the least bit concerned with any complaint or mishap. Today a tech just showed up at our door no phone call anything and was just as shocked as we were that we were not contacted. Will not be shopping here again. EDIT TO ADD : he just left, owner ordered wrong part so it didn’t even get fixed. What a joke

Farmers never disappoint! They have some beautiful furniture and items. The staff is super friendly. If you are in need to replace or furnish your home, need a lawnmower.. etc, you need to head on over there. You can purchase or finance!!! If you don’t see it, just let Ms Sandy know what you are looking for. She will see if she can help you find it. Y’all go by there and take a look! Tell them that Djacqueline sent you! Be blessed!!!

Very unprofessional experience and poor customer service. When I entered the store, an employee was sitting on a couch on her phone. There was no greeting or acknowledgment. I walked around the store for several minutes while she remained on the phone and never asked if I needed help. When I left, there was still no interaction or closing remark. This experience turned me away from making a furniture purchase, and I will not be returning. I will travel out of town to another Farmers before I purchase from this location.
