Place must like to delete bad reviews. SO let me do this again. went in this past Saturday to buy mattress and twin recliner. Parked the truck me my wife and son get out walking up stairs and lady yells says your in my parking spot. I looked to make sure and its next door business parking said Monday - Friday being it was Saturday I was good. She said no that's my spot so I moved and when I came back by I said I own a business and would NEVER tell a customer to move that they can' t park somewhere especially when its not marked or even your property. She said I DON"T CARE I said do you own store she said DO YOU so I went in store and asked the nice gentlemen when she came in does she work here and he said she one of the Managers . So I told my wife and son lets go as no Business that has a Manager like that will get my money. Very Low class and unprofessional way to run a business . Sent a message to owner on Facebook to please call me would like to discuss his Manager with him and he has yet to contact me so His standards of who he hires doesn't worry him. If that's the way they treat their customers I sure would not want to have a furniture issue with them as I can bet you they won't take care of you. We rode on over to Bishop Parker Warehouse and bought what we needed . No issues was in and out in 15 min. I would suggest going there.

My friend told me about this store so i had to check it out. The item I wanted wasn't in the store but I ordered online for $900 off competitor pricing. I received the furniture about a week later. I opted for delivery and the men that delivered it were very polite and careful despite the furniture being very large. Overall great experience, thanks Bama Overstock!

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent experience with Montgomery Overstock. This was the second time purchasing a couch from this company. The first time I was present and had no issues. The second time my college aged son did the purchase with me on the phone so I could hear the entire transaction. We wanted to do same as cash xxx days financing. They did not explain any options to him just said to scan the QR code and apply that way. I had the money to pay in full but since it was holidays I wanted to take advantage of the option to split the payment with no interest. Nothing was explained about them having different types of financing options. On the day the couch was delivered and I saw the paperwork and logged into the account, they did the financing through a “bad credit” approval company which charged $100 more to pay the couch off early! Plus they added a $100 warranty that was never asked for nor explained to us that it was mandatory due to financing! A couch that we had an invoice for $798 ended up costing $1010 and should have only been $698 because we didn’t ask for a warranty! Absolutely disgusting way to conduct business and try to take advantage of a college student. I should not have had to pay for a warranty I didn’t want nor these extra fees to Acima financing! All I wanted was the same as cash financing! I would have paid cash for it in full had I known this company was shady!!! A $600 couch ended up costing me over $1000!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
