Absolute horrible experience. Called to have someone come out and fix an issue with our refrigerator. They sent out a Benjamin who told us a specific part was needed. Money was sent to him and then he never returned to fix it. I have called multiple times with absolutely no response. They are a scam and will attempt to steal money from the little people. Attatched is a photo of the maintenence guy in question.

Called for a repair on my dryer on Tuesday, Mr Smith came and looked at it on Wednesday and came back with parts and fixed it on Thursday. Excellent, fast and friendly service!! Edit- due to the location of our dryer it had to be moved to another room to be serviced. Because of this, we were not able to turn it on right away. Upon returning it to our laundry area and turning it on, it was having the same issue as before. That in itself was not an issue as the circumstances didn't allow it to be tested right away. I called back the next day to ask them to come back out. I was met with rudeness and being told he would call me back. I found out later from my husband that Mr Smith installed used parts in our dryer. (Which I wouldn't have cared if it had actually solved the problem) so I paid $150 and nothing was fixed. Never again.
