Purchased a higher end matching set, after install the dryer began making an awful noise, being so short after install, called back immediately, their tech has been out now four times, each time replacing a part and it is still making the noise and shutting off after being on for not even five minutes! After the 2nd or 3rd time out they offered us a refund if it kept acting up, we wanted to trust in the tech and make the set work however it is still not and now they're saying no refund and that whatever dryer they replace it with won't be in "better condition" than the one we purchased, which hasn't worked from the start!! And that they don't even know when we will be getting the new dryer. Now up to almost a tenth of what I paid for the set on laundromat costs. Do not buy from them, buy new applainces because between laundromat costs and $50 service charges to come out every month to fix, ends up being cheaper in the long run.

DO NOT buy a washer or dryer from this place! 1. I was overcharged. I looked at my card statement and was charged a delivery fee twice. I called them and they said it was taxes. They didn’t tell me taxes were going to be added! 2. After about two weeks the white paint they put on my dryer started to chip and all you can see is rust in those spots! So in other words I purchased an old 🤬 wore out rusty dryer that they just threw paint on! 3. I purchased the dryer the last week of January! It’s April, tell me why the dryer refuses to come on. I called them and was informed it’s $60 to come out and look at it. I didn’t even pay that much for delivery of the damn thing! There is no way a dryer should go out after only 2 1/2 months! They sale this old stuff to last past the 30 day warranty then it breaks down and they give you their butts to kiss!!!!!
