I would never recommend this company. I requested repair of my dishwasher on April 3rd 2026 only to be told on Friday May the 8th 2026 that it could not be repaired. 5 weeks I waited while the technician ordered parts and scheduled repair dates but never showed. However they were more than happy to cash my $215 check I paid to have the repairs done. So now I’m out $215 plus $ 369 for a new dishwasher. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Not to mention, dishonest.

Called them on a Saturday to ask some questions / get some help with a washer problem. Only folks to answer, and was able to give me a solution with just a simple recommendation. Next time I have an issue I will definitely be reaching back out to them.

Absolutely wonderful people. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and affordable! I purchased a washer/dryer set. They delivered them, installed them and repaired my refrigerator in one quick visit! I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommended!😇

I was impressed with the service I received from this business when I contacted them at 8:30 am to repair my Samsung dryer, which was not heating. The technician quickly identified the issue, obtained the necessary parts, and completed the repair by 11:30 a.m. the same day. Throughout the process, the customer service representative maintained open communication, informing me of the technician's expected arrival time. I highly recommend their services.
