SAVED THE DAY!!!! Last week, our garage freezer stopped working….within 3 hours, I had a brand new garage freezer and the price was actually $10 cheaper than driving to Tucson Lowe’s or Home Depot!!! Same day!!! Best experience!!! I was going to have to wait for 2 days, or get a smaller freezer than I needed to get a same-day pickup from Lowe’s!! Thank you Benson Refrigeration for your quick to the rescue service!! Our freezer of food was not ruined, and we love the new one!!! It has great features, and quick to cool off in these extremely hot temperatures!!! I will be calling them first thing if I need another appliance!!

My dishwasher broke and I couldn’t believe they squeezed me in the same day. Michelle gave great customer service and kept me in the loop later that day as to when they’d get to my appointment. Bill came out and was friendly, professional, and gave great recommendations for a replacement. The service call was a very fair price. Highly recommend!
