Good experience with the repair of our 3-year old Bosch refrigerator, which we did not buy from Christie’s, BTW. The freezer inverter had to be replaced. Technician Kristof diagnosed the issue correctly, found the replacement part, and Christie’s scheduled the repair within a reasonable timeframe. Technician Dylan performed the repair efficiently and explained the freezer recovery period. Strong incentive to buy from Christie’s in the future.

We went to Christie's Appliance for a new Frigidaire Gallery. We were welcomed in by Brett Tinkle, Sales Manager. Brett was very knowledgeable about their products and answered all the questions we had. We requested an early delivery on a specific day and was told they would do their best to get us in as requested and they did! Their communication with us was excellent and the two delivery men, Eddie and Chris, did an amazing job getting the refrigerator set up and working. They too answered questions we had. They were very courteous and friendly. The entire experience was great. We highly recommend Christie's Appliance!

Jonathan helped me with the purchase of a Cali king mattress, bed frame support and foundation. He helped me figure out the right height as I was using my current frame and needed a specific height so there wouldn’t be a gap between mattress and headboard. I had my previous mattress for 10yrs and this mattress is super comfortable and seems good quality. I did look elsewhere but I found the best deal especially for a cali king at christies. It was a special order so I expected it to take up to 5 weeks if not more. I Received a call within a week and a half that it was in! There was a small hiccup with the metal support frame not fitting in my wooden frame which I knew was a possibility and I was able to resolve fixing on my own fixing after they left no big deal. The delivery guys informed me promptly of the issue and I told them no worries as it was fixable on my part and we took the wood side board off and they continued assembly of metal support frame and mattresses. All in all a great experience. I had previously ordered at cali king/ foundation at mattress firm unfortunately they sold me out of stock/ discontinued items and charged me twice for a mattress protector which took forever to resolve I waited 5 weeks and was told the day before delivery that the item was no longer available I ended up canceling the remainder of that delivery due to the poor salesmanship and company sales tactics of selling discontinued items and not informing until day prior of delivery . So I ended up shopping at christie’s which I found them to be honest and straight forward. Thanks for making the purchase of my mattress easy!

First time dealing with Christie's. I had a dead refrigerator for 3 days till they could deliver one to me on such short notice and it was over a weekend. They made me their first stop today, monday, and were in and out in an hour with my new refrigerator set up perfectly and running perfectly. The two guys, Eddie and his assistant were polite, answered any questions I had instructed me on what to do, we're very very careful moving the old fridge out and the new one in over brand new carpeting. The only way I knew they were here is that I had a new refrigerator! I would highly recommend Christie's and their entire staff who have been polite and helpful to me this whole time.
