They have a 30 day guarantee exchange or fix up only no money back after 30 Day's if you have a receipt Labor will be free you can bring your own parts to the business or you can buy it from them at there price. The only way the guarantee is good is if you bring it with original receipt since I kept my receipt my after five years they still repaired it for free labor I just payed for the part they do not pick up for guarantee everything does have to be brought to the business and they do not install either or step into houses right now due to covid. Had a easy time dealing with them will always come again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!! Selling faulty washers and dryer. My experience was horrible I had to return my washer and dryer 2x and I was going to go for a third time only to find out I actually have to have the original receipt every time I go. The The owner mentioned there are signs everywhere. There’s no signs anywhere. If you’re going to buy a washer and dryer you’re not looking to see what’s on the walls. Would’ve been nice if employees would’ve shared that information upon purchasing. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Absolutely no customer service. Would never recommend this place to anybody. If you would like to lose out on money make sure you keep your receipt so when you go back for your repair they’re actually able to help you. Unless you actually have to keep going back for more repairs. Absolute ridiculous !!!

Worst service ever. I have only had my washer and dryer fridge since mid march. I have had to have my washer dryer exchanged within a month of buying. I call and they play friendly like they are there to help but charge for what they say if free. The receipt states that they will repair your appliances if you buy the part. My dryer switch cost $12 online and they charged me $70 to repair. I then got the washer back and within 8 days I had an error code saying that the dryer switch was bad. I then call and ask for them to fix they stated that I was slamming the door too hard and broke the dryer switch within 8 days and was told I have to pay again. They prolong me a weak saying we are waiting on parts and when I ask for the old part that was taken out to be returned so I can examine it, they then called and said that the door switch wasn't broken and I could pick it up for free. I now just hooked up the washer machine and there is water everywhere. The hour stated online are not when they are actually open and will not answer my calls. Im sure now they will charge me another cost for the current fix. I will not take my business there. Mind u i spent 1100 and my fridge and washer had needed service within the first month. When the fridge arrived it did not get cold. And needed charged. Over all horrible business
