Sewing Room

I purchased my Bernina at the Sewing Room several months back. I've been quilting and sewing for over 25 years. I decided to migrate over to Bernina from another brand this past spring. I've had nothing but great experiences since picking up my new Bernina in May, 2024. My machine is performing like a charm. The Mastery classes are a must and have proven to be invaluable. I live in NW Tucson, but I decided to travel to the eastside due to my very positive interactions with the staff at the Sewing Room.

Excellent service, especially thank you to Kristen!! After moving to a new house, the sewing machine was acting different and had a warning light. We called to ask for help and they were able to provide some assistance over the phone. It resolved the issue and we are so grateful for the ease of service and friendliness of the staff.

As the Bernina dealer in Tucson took my machine in for maintenance. Staff was more interested in greeting friends and managing her dog than checking in my machine and making a first-time customer feel confident in their service. Service was done much more quickly than anticipated and my machine is happily humming along. All in all, satisfied.
