Rich and Dustin helped our family get the right fit washer/dryer for our new home. It was great that they had a wide variety of options in store and we narrowed down what would work best for our space and budget. Installation and delivery was seamless. Communication and professionalism from start to end was top notch. This was the first appliance I have bought and will definitely look here first in the future.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish! I cannot recommend Tucson Appliance Company enough. My initial contact at 4PM on a Friday afternoon for a new dishwasher was with extremely helpful & knowledgeable salesman, Peter Federhar---he couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. Delivery & installation was at 8AM on Saturday morning, completely flawless. Kudos to this locally owned & operated business for superior customer service! Thank you, Peter & Team!!

Worked with Cody on the phone Sunday afternoon, He was pleasant and efficient. He ran to the warehouse and sent me images of the washer and dryer I was interested in. I ended up buying them. He was able to arrange for an installation the next day. The guys that came out to pick up the old units an install the new were great. They were courteous and careful. They were done in no time. No problems. I absolutely recommend these folks!

Purchased a new "Speed Queen" washer from this store. The sales person explained that delivery might take a week or so just to get it to his warehouse. I understood that and was ok with it. Actually, it came in early. What I didn't expect is when he said delivery would be done at 8am on a certain day then you get a call from their delivery person and the promised delivery time by the sales person was not going to happen. NOT HAPPY! So, I'll be going to a different appliance store for the rest of my appliances. Unfortunately, in this day and age I'll make sure their promised delivery time and day is in writing! I don't dispute the quality of the washer. What I don't like is being promised something like a delivery time verbally by a Salesman to make the sale and then you get a call from the delivery side of the business where they break their verbal promised delivery time. My time is worth something also just like time means something to this business as well. I took time off work and paid for delivery. Makes a person think whether this business respects your time or is their commercial tag line "Your Service is our Priority" just lip service.

After a big box store messed up my order for an over-the-range microwave and then couldn’t deliver/install on the day I needed it, I cancelled the order. Two other big box stores also couldn’t deliver/install quickly. But then I found Tucson Appliance online! Called and Gary quickly assured me they had microwaves in stock that were what I was looking for and they could deliver/install within 48 hours! I rushed over, selected one at a great price including everything, even taking away my old microwave! Saved more than $100 and their installers arrived on time and did a great job. So happy! I highly recommend!!
