They are horribly unorganized. Every day I call and ask for an update on when they will be ordering my part and every day it’s a lame answer and no callback. To date I have called them 3 times and each time i was to receive a callback and not once have they contacted some. Horrible service and I’m not actually very confident in their knowledge. I will give 2 stars because they let their appointment time, sort of.

Advanced Appliance Services was the only Jenn-Air oven repair service in the area that was able to come and give me an estimate in a reasonable period of time. They return calls and communicate well. One of the other businesses I called kept telling me they were too busy to talk to me but they'd call me back, and they never did. This was after I called them twice! Zero stars for those guys! Harold was the technician who assessed our oven and made the repairs, and he was very knowledgable, professional and pleasant. I recommend this business!
