Zellner's Appliance

Bought a cook top oven whirlpool brand. Doesn’t boil water doesn’t hold content temperature. I was ask and told by store owner and customer service that I need to buy different cookware which I all ready have the best cookware.. I will be returning my item tomorrow if not satisfied I will seek legal action, for my $2600.00 I spent I not running all three burners on a small pot just to boil water. The customer service rep told me that’s how these stovetop was designed.. DON’T WASTE YOUR TOME OR MONEY AT ZELLNERS

FANTASTIC! I called when my clothes washer had an issue and I was wondering if they could get the part. They promptly answered and happily stated that they could not assist with the brand that I had, but they referred me to a local business that could with a phone number. So helpful! After we couldn't fix the clothes washer quick enough-- and dirty laundry piling up we decided to get a new washing machine. We attempted to purchase online with a big-box store. They promised delivery (for a fee) on a date a few days in the future. My wife took a day off to be home for the delivery. Around the time it was meant to be delivered she looked at the application and found that it wasn't going to be delivered for several more days! So we cancelled, their customer support was nice, but we are happy we were able to get a better product locally and all the other benefits: Delivery Included Hoses Included Better Warranty Hands-on experience with machines Just wish they had the floor units plugged in to experience what the machine does as some are quite noisy with the selector knobs and buttons, perhaps the user manual will have a silent mode.

From the first minute that we walked in the door, we knew that our purchase decision was going to be easy. Great selection, straight forward information and pricing, all delivered by a family member of the company. The price we paid included delivery and hook up(including new hoses) and hauling off the one we replaced. Zellner's Appliance in Conway, Arkansas has defined hometown service for us. Thank you.

Just purchased a new Whirlpool wall oven from Judy at Zellner's. Judy was so helpful during our selection process with providing printouts with dimensions, photos, etc. to make sure the oven would fit our space. Purchased on a Saturday and the new oven was installed by Zellner's first thing Monday morning. Delivery, installation and haul off of our old oven was all INCLUDED in our price. The entire process took less than 20 minutes! The big box stores simply do not provide those services without charging you extra!!
