The folks are friendly. You'll want to enter from the cul-de-sac. Docks will be on the right and most are slanted. They are also on a slope. You will be required to do a blind-side back to the right. If you arrive early, there is a Workman's truck stop less than a mile away that you will pass on your way in. They have a lot of food options to choose from and the coffee is good. They don't charge for parking.

What a fail. If something ( a common household appliance) is shown in stock then there should be a reasonable expectation that I can show up to the store and buy it. Not go though three different people before your told we don't carry those. You know, I wanted to check the place out in case I need to replace an expensive kitchen range or fridge. Saw all I need to know. For example the 3k Bosch range with a deteriorating finish and the door gasket falling off the flimsy lightweight door. You put this junk out on the sales floor? I was told by the cow to go shop at Lowe's. Probably good advice. Here is my advice. DON'T SHOP HERE.

A waste of time. We’ve bought appliances here before and the service was ok. Not great but decent. This time the salesperson acted like they couldn’t care less about finding a microwave that will fit our existing cabinet. We drove 30 minutes for nothing. Went on to Tuckers in Rogers and got great service. We won’t be going back to Metro.

They were supposed to deliver an item and completely dropped the ball. No excuses, no apology. If I hadn’t called and picked it up myself there’s no telling when I would have gotten it. I’ll never do business with them again and would never recommend them

I originally left a review months ago, but it appears to have been removed, so I’m posting again. We purchased several appliances from here, including a washer and dryer. We initially came in planning to buy Speed Queen, but the salesperson strongly recommended a newer GE set instead. That turned out to be a huge mistake. The dryer has been an issue from the start, often requiring multiple cycles to fully dry clothes. Even worse, the washer broke after just 7 months of normal use. When we reached out to Metro for help, they offered little to no support and essentially told us it was now between us and the manufacturer. As a result, our family went nearly 4 months without a working washer. It took countless phone calls, time off work, and a lot of frustration to finally resolve. The experience made it clear that once the sale is done, customer support is no longer a priority. We will not be doing business here again.
