Variety plus NWA

I went in for a new dryer. From the time I walked into the store to the time the appliance was up and running in my house? Less than 4 hours. The staff were very helpful. They also hauled off my old unit. They turned a small emergency into an easy errand. UPDATE: The Dryer broke a little more than a month into having it. The "hassle free warrenty"? I've been waiting going on 5 days since my machine broke to have their repair man come out and fix it. Their communication is inconsistent at best. Filled with "hopefully" and "we'll shoot fors" instead of an actual timelines. I will update this review as the situation progresses.

I purchased my refurbished GE clothes washer and dryer from Variety Plus and I am very pleased with both machines and the price. At first the dryer didn’t work properly, so they promptly replaced it with an identical one. They provided needed hoses, installation and even transportation for a very low fee. This is a dad/daughter team; their honesty and service are excellent. The 90 days warranty are over and the machines still work fine. I recommend Variety Plus for refurbished appliances and good savings.

I've waited 90 days before writing a review, but I can say with certainty that place is great in every way... great customer service, great prices and great products! We had an unforeseen problem with a product we picked out and they immediately made it right... even drove all the way to Bella Vista to do so! As long as this company is in business, I'll never buy "brand-new" again!

Good Service. Fair Prices. Good Variety. 90 Day warranty. A knob on my dryer broke so I was not able to start it. I was still within my warranty window and they were able to come out to Centerton and fix my dryer at no cost. I've now owned the washer and dryer for 6 months and no issues at all other than that broken knob. Will be recommending this place to friends and family. Keep up the good business.

I LOVE this place. I bought a washer/dryer set last week. We got it home and I didn't like it (manufacturer's fault, not the store's fault). We were able to do a 100% hassle-free exchange the next day. Yvonne (sales lady/store manager) is fantastic!! She is very knowledgeable and has a genuine "good old fashioned customer service" attitude. I'm thrilled with my washer/dryer set. They're used, but they look and run like they're brand new. I feel like a got a GREAT deal and I will definitely go back the next time I need to replace a major appliance.
