One of the best experiences I’ve had. First off, Edgar is super knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us pick out the correct fridge. Now, of course we all know that things happen, well when I got the new fridge home from Jarry’s it happened to have a leak and wasn’t cooling. I called Edgar and he said give it until tomorrow and if not call back and we will take care of you. The next morning comes by and the fridge still isn’t cooling. I was fully expecting to have to bring the fridge back and do an exchange and then maybe not get the fridge that I wanted. But no, They did exactly what a company should do that cares about its customers which was scheduled to have my fridge swapped out for another brand new one. They sent two technicians to pick up the old one and install the new one. They really took care of me and I will definitely be back just because of this.

Had a great experience with this local business! I was looking for a specific speed queen and they had it in stock and were able to deliver same day (called over 5 other places in the surrounding area and no one had what I wanted in stock nor could they deliver what they did have in stock same day) !! So so thankful for Edgar and his quick team helping out my family! I will definitely use Jarry’s Appliances and More for my appliances needs in the future!

I bought a refrigerator from here and it doesn’t work at all. Before I paid, I asked if it had been tested and they told me yes, it was fully tested and working fine. When I got it home, it wouldn’t even work. I asked for a refund and they refused. They told me if I want it fixed, I have to load it up and bring it back myself. That’s not right, especially after they said it was already tested. Really disappointed. Be careful buying appliances from this place. *** Response to your reply: I would like to clarify a few things. First, I did not want to purchase another unit. I was not offered a refund, only an exchange, so I chose to get a different freezer to make sure it actually worked properly. That was not my preference, it was my only option. Second, the freezer I originally bought was clearly not tested thoroughly as promised. You assured me it was fully tested, yet when I brought it back, I personally saw your technician adding freon. That does not reflect a unit that was “fully tested” and ready for sale. Regarding the 6–8 hour wait time, when I plugged in the replacement brand new freezer, it became very cold within about 45 minutes. So asking me to wait 6–8 hours for the first one, which was not cooling properly, does not make sense. I came to your store knowing I was buying a used appliance at a lower price, and I accepted that risk. What I did not accept was being told it was tested and ready when it clearly was not. I lost time and effort in the process. My review reflects my experience. I will not be removing it.
