I love Sutherlands! I can't find any place that has better prices and they have pretty healthy plants. I can't wait to redo my landscaping, hopefully before spring is gone lol. Helpful employees too! I've gotten great advice on getting rid of fire ants and another time with choosing trees.

I was there on Saturday to buy the ferns and hanging baskets, beautiful plants no doubt, but the checkout is crazy! Why didn’t they plan to have extra checkers maybe even set a couple up on the parking lot. We only saw 2 checkouts and it was slow going. Hopefully in the future they plan better.

Disappointed in the level of service provided today. Went in for about 70-80 bags of concrete for a project and asked where we could find tools for the project and one the 3 guys behind the help desk said “uhhh might be over in that aisle” not one of them got up or moved to try an help us. After walking around for 10 minutes looking for what we might need we just left. This was poor customer service at Its finest.
