Do not buy from this Company warning it hasn’t been three months in my washer is broken. 😡 I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Appliance Outlet after clearly explaining to the salesperson that I needed a washer capable of properly washing blankets and larger household items. I specifically stated that I wanted a machine that would allow me to wash blankets at home instead of having to go to a laundromat.
Unfortunately, after using the washer, I discovered that it does not handle blankets properly at all. Even when washing just one blanket, the machine becomes excessively loud and struggles with the load. This has been extremely disappointing because my needs were communicated clearly before the purchase was made.
I gave this company another opportunity hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with both the recommendation and the product’s performance. As a customer, I expected honest guidance and a washer that matched the needs I described at the time of purchase.
Due to this experience, I no longer have confidence in this company and will not be purchasing from them again.
I am adding to my review because the washer I purchased is already broken after less than three months. Be very careful before spending your hard-earned money here. The appliances are expensive, but in my experience, the quality has been extremely disappointing. I expected a new washer to last for years, not months.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I specifically explained my needs before purchasing. Now I am left with a washer that failed almost immediately. Buyers should do their research and ask plenty of questions before making a purchase.
