Maybe I was expecting more than what is offered. Stove was delivered on the same day a repair person was there to work on my refrigerator. The guys came in asked me to sign, brought in the stove and a box belongings to another customer. As I was talking to repair person I noticed some time went by and the delivery guys have not returned to say anything. I looked outside and they had left, without even any acknowledgement. I guess I expected them to remove the box so I could inspect for damage or that this was the one I purchased. On the front end of my experience fair. Make sure you ask what services you are receiving. The delivery was free, and I guess you get what you pay for and should not expect a free addition to your purchase to be the best part of the deal.

Ordered a refrigerator online the delivery date came I called the store asked Mark if I was going to get my delivery he said yes afternoon ..no delivery no call...I called the next day and was told they don't have or ever did have my refrigerator...don't know why folks feel the need to lie...did get my money back...still waiting for my refund thay now tell me it takes 7 to 10 days.it took them 2.5 sec to take my money...

I cannot express enough how impressed we have been with the customer service at this location. Paul is an absolute rockstar at every level. We have spent months selecting a full appliance package for our new house and Paul has been so attentive and helped us at different stages from making sure that we have all of the information we need. We also have loved how informed Paul is and how helpful he has been at finding exactly what we need and want! Love this guy!
