Shop this store often and have never had an issue with anyone, and given the location I can even understand the no bathroom policy. But being rude to customers because of their race is not okay. The cashier, lady (I use that description lightly) at the first register, wearing a white cowboy hat, on April 4, about a little after 10 a.m., was super friendly and accommodating to all the people of her race but not to others. She was rude, extremely condescending, and just overall lacking any customer service etiquette. Again, very sad considering I go here often and had never had/seen an issue until today. Needless to say, she wasn’t very happy when she tried her BS with me and quickly realized I do speak English, and by the sound of it, much better than her.

Just wanted to shout on your amazing employee Amie!! I went In a couple times throughout the week , Looking for something specific each time and I knew exactly who to ask, Amie was always working hard And organizing And making the store look pretty. I don’t know what position she’s in or how much she gets paid but whatever it is, she needs a raise!!

Fantastic place. They sell everything very cheap, but the item its self isnt cheap. It makes you wonder how much the big companies are really making off of you. If they can sell for example an air fryer for 20 dollars, and the same air fryer somewhere else is 60 dollars, where does all that money go? Certainly not to the employees. That's why Ollie's is the place to go. They cut the BS and get down to business. And the staff is remarkable. attached is some never before seen behind-the-scenes photos.
