I chose this repair company because of location and familiarity. I specifically talked to them on the phone about the times of availability and we agreed on the date,time. The day of my appointment I called 10 mins after scheduled time and was told they'd call right back. 40 mins later the technician called stated he was 30 minutes away. I couldn't wait and I thought this was so unprofessional. A simple call to reschedule or tell me they couldn't make the time. Wow. I made the appointment week prior!!!

Update: Having to eat my words a bit here. I spoke with Blake after he responded to my review and he came out to look at our dryer within a few hours of our discussion. He had our dryer fixed within a few minutes and it only cost $25 for the part he needed - I then promptly cancelled the purchase of the new dryer. Really appreciate how responsive and professional this team was in getting our issue resolved! I recommend you give these guys a chance! Original: Prices were reasonable but you get what you pay for. After only a few months our dryer is broken. We are spending a little more and getting a new dryer with a warranty this time.
