Unfortunately, my dad bought me a top bottom whirlpool refrigerator from this business back in May of this year. The fridge had a 90 day warranty on it and I needed techs to come out At least 2 times within those 90 days to fix the fridge because it would stop getting cold. The first time they told me that the freezer was too loaded even though yes, we had a full freezer, but there was still air flow. They fixed it and we learned our lesson. The next time, again the fridge stopped getting cold, so they came and fixed it and gave no explanation considering there was maybe 6 items in the freezer excluding the door at the time. From around August until just after thanksgiving, it was fine but then the frozen stuff in the freezer was thawing out, same exact problem as twice before. I called once more and was charged 60$ for them to tell me that suddenly the compressor is broken and it’ll cost $315. We bought the fridge for $350 plus tax and delivery fee. They would’ve charged me the rest of the $255 to replace the compressor knowing that there was obviously a problem with it before. The fact that the fridge was sold to me with a faulty compressor is very disappointing and considering they wouldn’t properly diagnose that until after the warranty ran out, I felt like we had gotten scammed. My dad says he hasn’t had problems before this. The customer service is wonderful and the techs are very professional while in the home, but the appliances themselves and warranties cannot be trusted. Very disappointed and will not be buying appliances from here again.

They want to charge me $50 to help me press buttons on my stove. I called yesterday about it and they set the appointment time to 3 pm to 4 pm. I called today to confirm and he had no knowledge of the appointment and said if they do come out I would have to pay someone $50.00. That's $50.00 to be in my house less than 5 minutes and press buttons on my stove 😂. I could understand a $10.00 fee BUT $50.00! The business is 5 to 4 minutes away. My mom got me a refrigerator from this place over a year ago and when it had an issue they helped me with no issue and were very nice about it. I'm not sure what changed. They told me to call Snap Finance. I did and I'm not paying off a stove I can't use properly.

Had him repair my Samsung side by side refrigerator (compressor was bad) I have had nothing but problems with it since they have came out a few times it has a freon leak so they had a guy come out and charge it then said they will come pick it up to fix it to call him when it stops working mean while my food has gone bad twice and he is saying that if the leak isn't at the compressor they want to charge us for the repair when it never leaked before they touched it. The repair cost me around $600 plus replacing my food, and the fridge no longer works. They are also terrible at keeping apportionments. After all this, I could have just bought a different refrigerator.

We bought an LG stove and saved over $500.00! Coco was so helpful with our selection. Best service you can and much better than the 2 big club stores. Thanks Coco. We will be back soon for a refrigerator!
