If I could add less stars I would leave 0. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. NO COMPRAN DE AQUI. I paid 3,864 in leasing + $600 DOWN in store for a washer, dryer, & a hi-sense french door refrigerator. According to the sales floor RUBI , all items off the floor are shipped as is and you get what you get and choose. I chose this fridge knowing it had scratches on the side. What WASN'T disclosed to me is that it does not come with the water filter which all "NEW" appliances should come with. Furthermore, after paying $50 for a water filter and putting it in, the fridge is now LEAKING water when I try and get water from it. I have maintenance people here today quoting me $250 for a replacement pump because there is a CRACK in the piping inside the fridge!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Please! I am now out more than 5K dollars for things that work SUBPAR if that. and it's convenient that there are no exchanges and everything is "NON-REFUNDABLE" what a coincidence! SCAM SCAM SCAM and all they want is money! Go where you are actually cared for.

My mother ordered a dishwasher from UNIQUE APPLIANCES and paid extra for delivery. Upon delivery the deliver driver dropped the unit HALF WAY in our doorway causing the pump to break off the bottom of the unit. When we called to see what they would do the driver LIED and told them they did not put it in the doorway and they refused to do anything about it. Their exact words were "we don't deliver in the doorway so we will not be doing anything for you". They wouldn't even let us speak with the manager saying they only communicate with the manager through text. I definitely recommend finding somewhere else to buy appliances from.

Don’t buy from here! Scam Artists! Got the New Samsung Family Hub Four Door Refrigerator Here. The Lady Maira said that if we buy it that we’d get a new one in the box. When I got it delivered I immediately told the guys to return it because it was out of the box and rite away saw that it was the display one that had on the floor. It had so many bumps dents and scratches also had the residue from a sticker they had put on it on the stainless steal. The guys that came to deliver it said they couldn’t take it back due to them having to get a call from the store to do so. So we called the store and they wouldn’t take it back. So basically we’re stuck with a beat up $4,000 plus fridge that we don’t want do to it being all beat up thanks to the store for scamming there clients into something they promised but couldn’t commit!
