My fiancé and I purchased a new home that needs new appliances. Being loyal, like most people in Bakersfield, we wanted to support a local business. Went to Bob Johnston’s appliances. We felt great because we were long standing acquaintances with the sales woman . The sales woman and I had made arrangements for her to come by and pull measurements and give us her opinion. Well, she called and canceled due to a FACIAL! ( Not Kidding). We rescheduled for today. Well, she canceled again! That is beyond unprofessional and ridiculous. I certainly would not want someone representing my company that passed on two renovations which would have totaled up $15,000 .

Bob Johnston's Appliances impresses me ever time I'm in an appliance need. They are interested in helping their customers even when their help doesn't make them money. Recently I called them thinking I was going to need new parts for one of my appliances. However they walked me through some checks and got my appliance back to normal. Something no Big Box store has ever or will ever do for me. Definitely will continue to use them again.
