We had them come out to change out a heater/air conditioner unit under American home shield they put a unit too large in our home. Sounds like a turbo Jet. We had it inspected by another heating company. They said the unit too big For the size of our house and ductwork and is a fire Hazard as of January 12 26 They have Not responded to the problem.

First and foremost, Fidel is an excellent technician and a great person. He found my problem in my HVAC system quickly. This was due to a terrible business ( not naming names ) from Santa Maria that couldn’t install it right to save their life. Big shout out to Barbara. Very friendly and helpful person. THANKS AGAIN you saved the day and I highly recommend.

This company installed a new heater and it was set up all wrong. We have had nothing but issues with it. They did not use the right pipe size and our heater keeps over heating. We had to have another company come out and look at our unit and he said the whole unit it set up wrong and not even up to code. Apparently it was never permitted either. Now we have to pay $9,000 for another company to come out and remove the whole unit and reinstall it in a different location of our house because the unit is too big for area they installed it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Fedil will not even answer our calls because he knows he messed up and did shitty work. Now we have to take him to small claims court.

Fidel and his partner came out this morning within an hour of contact through our home warranty. Not only did he fix our issue right then and there. He was so helpful, courteous and explained so much more on how to maintenance our AC. He literally had our AC up and running in less than 20 minutes! He forever gained a customer with our family! Thank you!

Fidel was great and very helpful. We needed our heater serviced and called our home warranty. We had great communication with the office people and Fidel was Johnny on the spot with reaching out to us. Fidel was able to diagnose problem over the phone with me and order the correct parts needed. He came to install new parts and had us up and running very quickly. I appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you for being nice to my wife and daughter since I wasnt home.
