My washer broke down...I called this place...NO ANSWER....I called again and he answered. He said he couldn't make it that day but he could go the next day. I said OK. I TEXTED HIM MY INFO. I called him twice the day he promised to go and NO ANSWER, DIDNT BOTHER TO CALL BACK OR TEXT BACK. Just call me back and say you have to TURN DOWN my business...dont leave me hanging. REAL UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR REPAIRS.

Update on Kenmore 90 series washer purchased several months ago. I located this awesome used appliance repair shop after my Kenmore 90 series washer finally gave out after many years of faithful service . Called Pepe’s and Jose a knowledgeable repairman arrived and did a diagnosis and confirmed the machine was not salvageable. Jose told me they had some Kenmore 90 series washers with 90 day warranty and Pepe’s would do the install. I located a 90 series washer in great shape. Unit was installed and the other unit was hauled off👍 My Kenmore 90 series washer is still going strong . Prices were reasonable and customer service was great. I would recommend Pepe’s Appliance on Niles St. for used appliances👍

I bought refrigerator and in six months it was breaking down and ruining Food. Asked 4 times if can come fix refrigerator. I recommend buying at home depot instead a small one that last longer than one breaking down. He doesn't keep his word and that is the overall bad experience. He told me more that once "tomorrow I'll go to fix " and never did.
