Our salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we share with her the item we were looking to purchase, she steered us right away to several candidates, and helped us to make our final selection. Thankfully, it was in stock, and we were able to return later in the day to pick it up. The fellows that helped us with that were very quick and friendly. All in all, an excellent sales experience. very nice place very clean and professional atmosphere , pleasant and honest salesman, not pushy just supportive and understanding of my needs and lay down the facts. We are extremely satisfied with the experience we had purchasing a new refrigerator from Urner’s. The process was great from the experienced and knowledgeable sales person, Drew, to the minimal wait that we had before delivery. The delivery process was also excellent with Erik and his partner. Erik took the time to explain all about the refrigerator and to make sure we were comfortable with all the operations. Also, the price for the refrigerator, delivery, set up and removal of our old fridge was comparable to most all other retailers but with much more personalized service. We would highly recommend Urner’s for your appliance needs.
