Called to setup a Microwave repair on Friday. They quickly made an appointment for Monday between 10am -1pm. Monday morning I received a text at 6:42am cancelling because they don’t have anyone in the area. I’m sorry, but why did you make the appointment. I texted back asking when we could reschedule, they replied “Unfortunately, we have no technician available at the moment in your area.” And then they went silent, as you can see in the pic, I didn’t say anything to agitate them or make them not want to show up. Find somewhere else unless you want your time wasted for no reason! This place is useless and I'm guessing a bunch of FAKE REVIEWS based on the face that most of the reviewers have only ever done 1 Google Review and their bad customer service.

You guys will be my first call the next time I have an appliance problem! The technician fixed my overheating stove, and he did it so fast and flawlessly. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Keep up the awesome work!

The technician who came last week was very skilled and full of energy while fixing my cooktop knobs that were not working. He worked carefully and came up with creative solutions during the repair. I also appreciated that he cleaned up after himself. Overall, five stars for his effort!
