I bought the Icecream maker and the ice maker from them, it’s amazing , no longer needed to go buy ice and then get home melted and stick together one block not convenience at all . Their ice maker is totally different level. It’s make ice then it keep free like a freezer and so your ice doesn’t melt , use when you need to or transfer it to your freezer and the tray is full so it can continue make more ice . The Icecream maker is amazing as well , big portions not like the small bowl from kitchenaid or cuisinart . Best purchase I had made . Thank you.

The reason Whynter got 5 starts is cause 6 is not available :-) They truly deserve 6 stars. I'm a big fan. I'll explain. About 4 years ago I was looking for 12 mini fridges for a rental biz I was setting up. After long details research I found out that the Whynter MRF-340DS 3.4 cu.ft. was the #1 top rated Energy Star Stainless Steel Compact Refrigerator/Freeze for the year of 2020. It was economical, reliable and ... economical. I ordered 12 (TWELVE) from Home Depot where I shop regularly. I set ups rack and stacked 6 fridges on top of the bottom 6 (see photo) and was as happy as can be. $years go by, and suddenly Fridge #4 (middle of top shelve) failed. Solid dead. After trying to figure out the problem, I ended up contacting Whynter offices which are about an hour south of my location (both in SoCal). Customer service over the phone and email has room to improve. Yes, I got the run around, but I never give up. Never. I had to get the fridge fixed. It would have been easier to just replace, but... it is a discontinued model which means, I'll have 11 identical fridges and 1 "odd one". That does not look good and mess up my whole set up. . Long story short, I showed up at the offices with the "dead" fridge. I had no warranty and I had nothing to lose. That was the turning point and I got the VIP service I was dreaming about. Tracy, who is the Product Development Manager, made sure my fridge will get fixed. Considering the fact that it is discontinued model and there are NO parts, the technicians, managed to find a part from another unit and brought my fridge back to life. I couldn't be happier. I was charged $50 which was very reasonable for the time/part installation. The fridge got a second change in life and the kitchen is back to looking unified. Cheers to Tracy and her team. They are wonderful. This is truly a "happy ending Hollywood style".
