Our refrigerator has both an ice maker and a water dispenser which uses filtered water. Unfortunately, several months ago, the tubing system which delivered water to both the water dispenser and the ice maker developed a leak problem. We attempted to have this problem repaired. But had no luck in doing so. Then by word of mouth. We heard that he Gonzalez Appliance and Repair was competent and reliable to complete the repairs successfully. The technician, Julio, was very thorough determining which parts needed to be replaced. Actually, there were three or four items that needed replacement. After a week or so. Julio returned to complete the job with the new parts. Both my wife and are pleased to report that the leakage problem has been completely and totally fixed. Gonzalez Appliances and Repair has done a thorough job. Gonzalez. Appliances and Repair appear to be another trustworthy company That will get the job done correctly! Thank you Julio!

Came by to shop for a refrigerator, found some excellent choices, picked one out, and was very happy with the outcome. The salesperson was friendly the owner was friendly and adjusted the price a bit to help us out. We ended up buying a microwave too because he made an offer we couldn't refuse to buy both. 10/10 would come here again, and will come when it's time to buy my washer dryer.

BUYER BEWARE! 9/10 TIMES YOU ARE BEING FOOLED/ROBBED IN A CLEVER WAY! I took in My washer and dryer set to get serviced and they where sold “accidentally” and owner lied and said that they where damaged and burned up in an electrical fire 😆 so I proceed with “what are we going to do about this situation” and owner (Julio) didn’t apologize or offer any money and offered me some other older uglier set that owner assured me that I would have no problems so I took them to be a nice forgiving person and once I installed in my home doesn’t work and when i notified him about the washer leaking oil and water he replied with a nice expensive price to fix this washer that he offered. So once I caught on to the scam I preferred to discontinue to keep doing business with such person and company DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! AND WILL NOT RETURN! Update the dryer also went out just in two weeks the band was old and one of the wheels to help it spin also broke. So I can tell they never serviced the machines that he offered to me. Very disappointed in this deal that he allowed and never offered to correct this mistake without offering a scam.

I have purchased a number of appliances for my remodeling projects from Gonzalez Appliance...always a great value and incredible service. I refer my clients here as well. Most recently, I bought a brand new refrigerator for my new condo and sadly it was dead on arrival. Julio and his crew came out to see if it could be repaired and nothing could be done. They brought my a temporary fridge and later found a replacement and delivered it. They say the best way to judge a company is how they handle the problems that come up. I highly recommend Gonzalez Appliances...they are the best!!

Our dryer went out on us and we were in a pinch so we decided to check out Gonzalez Appliance for a replacement. The prices were so great, we ended up purchasing a washer/dryer set on Friday and the set was delivered on Monday. On top of the quick turn around, I was blown away by the level of professionalism by the delivery drivers. They took my old set away, cleaned behind the old set and even reversed the door for easier access! The old door went the other direction and it drove me nuts! They really went above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for for the amazing prices and even more amazing service!
