We were so impressed with the quality customer service we received from Megan Mahon at the LaQuinta store. This review is based on three separate transactions over a few months with Megan as our Sales Associate - they were all exceptional. She knows her products and as a customer, she provided us a strong sense of confidence in the products we purchased. We had a minor install issues and Megan reached out to a colleague - I fondly refer to as Matt the Magician(not sure of his title) - came to the rescue with a solution!!! They even personally delivered the replacement parts to our home!! If you are shopping for quality appliances and designer plumbing fixtures in the Coachella Valley, we strongly recommend WDC - their Customer Service is exceptional!! Susie and John Wood

We ordered four Bosch appliances for our soon to be remodeled kitchen through Alex L and were completely happy with the entire process. Alex got us each item at a cost under what we would have paid at Ferguson and Lowe's. I would highly recommend going to WDC first. The La Quinta showroom is impressive and we were treated very patiently and respectfully by Alex who seemed totally knowledgeable about the products we were trying to decide upon. Every conversation with him was personable, positive, informative and reassuring.

My Dad recently worked with Debbie W. to find the perfect replacement for his bar fridge in his home, and Debbie provided excellent service that went above and beyond expectation. The size needed to fit within his bar space was very specific, and Debbie helped find the perfect unit. When the original unit chosen was discovered to be on back order, Debbie immediately found a new solution for another unit which now he loves even more! We highly recommend WDC Kitchen & Bath for all your appliance needs!

I was looking for a Washer and Dryer Combo for house in La Quinta. I really didn't know what I needed...so, I walked in, met with Alexander Lamoureux, sales consultant. He quickly determined what I was looking for as we walked to the systems on display. We quickly narrowed in on a solution. Not pushy, Alex allowed me to bring wife back in to approve of colors and worked with me via email to finalize solution, along with delivery and installation. Products were delivered and installed perfectly. Best part, Alex stayed with the process and helped me with manufacturer to get all the appropriate rebates I qualified for. Not an easy process, but Alex really helped and I will continue to look to WDC for future purchases due to the ease of doing business and the follow up!

We designed our kitchen with just a simple cabinet remodel but then decided to upgrade the appliances. We went with WDC two years ago and had a great experience with Jesse Miles our sales rep. So much so, when we decided to do a mini expansion/reno of the kitchen to add double ovens, we knew who to go to! Jesse is awesome to work with. Responsive and knowledgeable. WDC and the entire process and team were amazing! Highly recommend them.
