Bought a Kitchen Aid built refrigerator with a 1 year warranty. We have a bulb out and ice maker not working properly. Called them and they have made 6 appointments for the repair and 6 no shows. Don’t buy from these guys. Dishonest. Buyer be wary. Total disappointment

We bought a used built in refrigerator there with a 1 year warranty. Just a month after buying it a few lights went out and the ice maker doesn’t work properly. I have been trying to get them to come and fix the refrigerator but they keep putting me off. Two appointments, 2 No Shows. Just to get appointments took months. It is 3 months later and I’m unable to get them to warranty this refrigerator or come out. I’m done being patient and nice. These guys are crooks!

I purchased a mix and match washer and dryer set and paid them 1200 cash at delivery, the set came a 90day warranty. The dryer worked for about 20 days I’ve called them for 10 days and NEVER returned my call and they NEVER have honored the 90 day warranty. BE WARE !!!!!!

Transaction was easy, great customer service at Goedekers appliances which is owned by AC. The refrigerator was delayed to arrive because of the pandemic caused supply chain issues, but it did eventually make it. The installation crew was amazing and the appliance was scratch and dent free. Happy with our purchase.
