These guys don’t honor their word. Called and asked if they price match competitors, had a 5 minute conversation validating model, price and pick up. Drive 20 mins to the store as the other place is an hour out. Get there and the guy I just talked on the phone to is telling me he can’t honor their word sale. I told him we both speak perfect English and I was very clear on the price and item. Left and will not be back. That level of service won’t keep them open long.

They were incredibly respectful, attentive, and responsive to my needs throughout the entire process. Every call and text was answered promptly, which meant a lot especially since I was traveling from Fresno, California to Rancho Cucamonga mainly because of their outstanding customer service. They gave me a fantastic deal on my two TV's and refrigerator, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and process.
