I brought 2 vacuums for repair here after calling multiple places in Irvine and Tustin. He repaired my 2 vacuums at half the quote I got at the other places, which were astronomical (almost as much as buying a brand new one)! He even did new filters and cleaned them all up for me. Very nice owner, service was great, he very much knows what he is doing. Don't get ripped off or just accept the first quote you get because that's what the lady in front of me did at one of the other places and holy smokes did she get taken for a ride. I wish I could go back in time and tell her about this place instead.

Craziest shop for getting obsolete parts of your beloved machines that mostly still work. He’ll tell you off the bat, if you should even bother fixing it. If you can live with refurbished Riccars, Mieles, and Bissells, you will walk out with something that’ll last you another 20 years. You can search for hours online for a machine part, give up and buy a shiny new POS that’ll break down in a few years, or bring it here and just ask him if it’s worth saving. Chances are he’ll save it for a lot less than you think, if you can live without it for a few weeks. If you’re in a hurry to get it fixed, this ain’t your place.

He had the attachments that I needed. But I could barely move my walker from the entrance to about 6’ from the front counter. There are so many old vacuums on each side of a narrow pathway, everything stacked up unsafely. It looks even worse at the counter. If the Fire Marshall came into this store, it would be tagged as unsafe (for customers and for the store owner). It is obvious that the owner needs a larger shop or maybe rent a storage unit for so much excess vacuums and supplies.

He is the real deal! A very kind and fair man who I am happy to give business to. He helped me with tool replacements when I was doing house cleaning and was in a pinch. Today, he serviced my mom’s vacuum and it’s like BRAND NEW. She’s very happy. He did same day repair in less than 20 mins! I will keep coming back for all my vacuum needs.
