I bought a used stackable washer and dryer not passed 3 months the dryer was burnt inside so when I dry my clothes it will have the burnt smell. I asked for a replacement and they happily replaced it with another used one, worked for 2 months then the dryer completely stopped working and they told me to buy a new one from them 50% off and they told me because the warranty expired after only to exchange me 2 months ago. Its absolutely rip-off. Knowing that buying a used one wouldn't have the same lifespan as a new one but it doesn't mean its allowed to break down after 2 months of use Stay away from this place!

Tim is so fast and good at what he does!! My home has 5 steep steps to get into the home he said "no problem" took my unusable dryer away and set the pre loved dryer we chose from the large selection the company had available on OfferUp. I appreciate a company that offers haul away service because we don't have a truck/delivery and everyone else was charging $75+ just to take out dryer with them (not to mention additional delivery) but they have a deal you can't ignore 🫶 thank you Tim

I’ve been dying to get one of these LG steam closets. I was over cloud nine to find out that this store has it available at a much more affordable price. The condition of the machine was great, the price was right, but the best part? Must have been the service. Kay delivered it straight to my house, set it up for me and showed me how to use as well.
