Note to Alco services this review was from a year ago at which Dadson took over but before that you still gave us bad service. I’ve lived here over 10 years and you never fixed washers and dryers but were quick to empty quarters out of machines. Don’t blame the new guys because of your bad service! Those washers and dryers needed replacement a long time ago! You just put your problems on another company! We’ve been calling them to service our washers and dryers for many months now. They are horrible to leave us without working machines. We have a total of 7 washers. 5 out of order. We have 8 dryers 4 leave clothes wet. Our management office has been calling them. Tenants have called them too. Bottom line is they don’t care but have time to upgrade the instant apps posting signs in our laundry room but....we only have 2 working washers? I’m considering getting another laundry service to come in and take over. I’ve lived here for 10 years and the washers and dryers never work right and same washers since I’ve been here never replaced. Oh if you read this get down here and fix our machines ASAP. We recently purchased a commercial washer and dryer for our dog rescue. This company was wonderful to work with from the sales representatives to the install team to the service techs. Pricing was more than fair, install was done on day scheduled with complete clean up of the area. The washer needed a minor adjustment and this was taken care of in a timely manner. Service techs came at the time promised and were professional and knowledgeable. Purchased four commercial washers and dryers for a large Campground/Marina Resort on the Delta from Alco Business in Fresno CA. The purchasing process went flawlessly. The install crew did a fantastic job and the site was cleaned before they left. Salesman TRACY coordinated the process and follow up afterwards to make sure we were happy! TRACY also reinforced that he was a phone call away for any questions or for future service. I will do business with Alco again and highly recommend this business.
