My salesman, Andre was wonderful. I was looking for a refrigerator with certain features and he was very patient while helping me. He was also very knowledgeable. Ventura TV is much better than the box stores.

Had to get a new refrigerator quickly and Roberto gave us great service. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get a new fridge delivered in 2 days. The delivery men were very efficient and careful when navigating tight spaces in the kitchen. Overall, I give Ventura TV a big thumbs up.

However i suspect a ten will have to do for now.🤔😊 I experienced a really amazing thing this past month , when I talked to the Manager of Ventura TV-John..... I was absolutely amazed by the way he treated me!🤔 It brought back memories of days long ago, when Customer Service existed🥴!Which most businesses seem to totally ignore anymore. At any rate,John showed me respect, professionalism,& honest to goodness caring about the experience that one of the customers had.(Me). He took a very bad situation and turned it around one hundred and eighty percent!👍I will never have enough good words to say about Ventura TV, & the way I was treated by the Manager John & all the other people who helped me to resolve the issue that I had. By doing what he did,& treating me the way he did,he made a LIFELONG Customer out of me& someone who will be delighted to recommend Ventura TV to anyone who asks me.Many heartfelt Thanks to you all at Ventura TV!! 👍👍👍😊
