I paid for a new curcuit board for my 8 year old GE dishwasher. When it was installed it did not work. Technician said he was removing the new one, replacing the old, and sending the new one back to supplier to get a replacement. I never got an appointment for the new installation, after technician left the part at his home. 5 days later the dishwasher started working with all of the original equipment. I asked for a refund on the circuit board and I was told that the technician did install a new one. That's a lie. He would not have been able to return a faulty new circuit board to the vendor and get a new one if he didn't have one and it was installed in my dishwasher. Honesty is the best policy. I'll find a different appliance repair company when next needed. Technician was a nice man but this is wrong.

Tech was awesome! He was familiar with my LG stove, and even though he couldn't replicate the issue, he knew what may have fixed it. The oven functions would indicate they were working, but shut down within seconds. The controls worked well when the tech tried. He asked if thrre had been any power glitches, and I told him not before the oven controls stopped working, but we had a 15 minute outage after the repair appointment was set up. Tech thought the power failure triggered a stuck relay to close.

Oh my goodness. Can I say a lifesavers!? The two gentlemen that arrived at my house were not only on time but quite professional. They asked many questions as did I and I received a lot of honest feedback. I have been without a washer since September and I was beyond frustrated with my machine. I had another company come out and attempt to fix my machine whom weren't successful. Essentially these gentlemen came in and fixed what the other company could not and then some. I am grateful for the two gentlemen that came out to my house and fixed my washer. I would recommend them time and time again. Thank you!!
