Can't be trusted This used to be a good appliance store that I've personally like but now that David runs it the prices are outrageous money hungry and parts aren't reliable sad to see a business do this.

Everything that everyone is saying is 100% true. I should have read the reviews before I bought a washer here. Matter of fact I’m going over today cause they stopped answering snd never showed up for the repair they promised. Don’t buy from them.

Horrible customer service. Called for an appointment & was scheduled for next day, she told me David would call me with time of arrive. NEVER got the call. Called many times during the day * once I got through to her she stated he would be able to come due to being stuck at a job. It would be a good ethics if they would at least call you to tell you they wont be showing up at all instead of having myself & others wait all day for service. Called around & found someone who came in 4 hours . Will not recommend this business
