Our insurance lady sent us here with no dimensions or appointment. Apparently, they require both here. My parents are both elderly and don’t get out much, and we drove all the way from West Covina. All that said, we were set up with Jennifer as a walk-in. We just wanted to say we were very happy with the level of customer care we received from Jennifer. She treated us with the utmost professionalism even though we were totally unprepared. She was friendly, attentive, thorough, and very professional. She really went above and beyond, calling the contractor and maintaining a dialogue throughout until we were taken care of. They were closing all around us, and she never once rushed us or made us feel the slightest impatience whatsoever. She deserves all five of these stars. We’d give her 10 if we could!! Best Cheer Stone — especially this Anaheim location — is a “must go” if you’re shopping for stone. The prices and selection are unbeatable. The showroom is also organized so that you can easily see what’s available. David Marlin helped me get over the indecision that had me going crazy (because there’s so much to choose from) and choose a quartz stone I love that will go with the rest of the tile in my bathroom. He even helped me choose a paint color for the cabinet fronts from the samples I had brought with me. That kind of service is worth everything and hard to find today. Kudos to him as his boss. I left with confidence and the knowledge that I got a fantastic price.

This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. My contractor sent me to this store to buy cabinet handles, and the customer service was terrible from start to finish. Even though I showed the sales associate exactly which ones I wanted, everything went wrong. First, I had to cross a dangerous warehouse area with forklifts just to pay at a register where the cashier didn’t even greet me or look up—she just asked for the order number and charged me. Then she told me to grab a cone and wait outside in the loading area for my order. I waited over 25 minutes, and no one came. I had to go back inside, ask again, and wait even longer. When they finally brought my order, it was wrong—it wasn’t the color I ordered. I tried to fix it, but the cashier (Marissa) said it was a “final sale” and that she couldn’t do anything. She told me to find the sales associate (Jasmine), who was nowhere to be found. I asked another employee to help me and make a new order, which he did—but then they told me I had to pay again for their mistake! The store is completely disorganized, with no clear signs, rude staff who don’t greet customers, and unfriendly signs that say things like “Do not touch the pens.” Overall, horrible service, poor management, and a very stressful experience. I will never shop here again and do not recommend this store to anyone.

My experience here was fantastic! My contractor sent me here to choose my cabinets and granite. Things are displayed so well and it's a great place to wander and just look at everything and take your time deciding... Debbie was an incredible help to me and took a lot of time to explain things and stay with me and help me with design choices...
