My wife had been searching for an outdated older model Wolf Convection Steam Oven for our new home remodeling. This model is 30M series. The Wolf/Subzero showroom was very helpful and was able to locate one from Design Hub in Anaheim. My wife was very happy. She loves using the steam oven since we remodeled the old house 5 years ago. She rather uses the steam oven than a microwave now. Nick Buttacavoli from Design Hub helped my wife to located one last one from their warehouse and gave us a very good price. Nick has provided a very good customer service to us, he provided us valuable suggestion and ideas for our new home remodeling. He scheduled the delivery for us. The two drivers, Juan and Rafa, are very polite and helped us to inspect the packaging. Juan took pictures of the box because it is old and damaged. And he noted on the delivery order that it is subject to inspection to protect us. Thank you.
