We have been looking at sinks, faucets, soap dispenser, hot water spout, and many other additional items to complete a partial kitchen remodel. We have looked at many different sources to settle on and purchase these items!! It wasn’t until we were sent to RSSA Anaheim, that we were able to complete this process. We were put in touch with Ranna who is a consummate professional, who knew her stuff! She was beyond knowledgeable, honest, open, and considerate! This has not been an easy process so far, until we met Ranna. I know we have chosen quality products, and can’t wait to see it all come together!! Ranna and her team are SUPER knowledgeable and helpful in all things kitchen and bath related! Ranna was great at making fantastic recommendations based on what I needed for my remodel project. She is very responsive and went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer to obtain an another component we needed for our new tub that one of the workers broke during installation. Ranna also helped me arrange shipping of various items directly to my house and was very generous about shipping costs. I will definitely be using RSSA home for our next bath remodel this year. Their knowledge and service was immensely helpful to us.

Ali and Ranna are two of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with in business. They scream at their clients! And what for? Not because I was rude or disrespectful but simply because they damaged the home as well as delivered bad quality merchandise and ordered the wrong size cabinets. Ali denied his contractor drove on our lawn even after I provided him with video. He is a snake and will not admit any wrong doing. Here is the video for yourself. Its been 7 months and they have not paid for the repairs. notice the driver ran over the yellow caution tape as we had just dropped $12,000 into that landscaping 3 weeks prior. The homeowner is terminally ill and she is supposed to be enjoying her new home but the kitchen is torn apart and here we are 6 months later. They don't care, they seem to be waiting for her to pass away as they will not fix anything. He’s been saying for seven months that he was going to repair or fix and pay and he’s done nothing except procrastinate waste your time. The cabinets were created for a space of 109 inches we only had 108 inches so we’re squeezing tight for one extra inch and it doesn’t fit in the cabinets are not working they’re scraping up against the appliances. They took our cabinet tops and said they’ll cut them but nothing else? That’s shady but we still don’t have a cabinet tops.

This is a really nice store that has a fantastic selection of very high end items for your home. The workers were friendly to us we let them know we're just browsing. Don't look for prices you can Google most stuff at home and be sure you're sitting down when the price pops up. Well out of our price range. A faucet we like for the bathroom and we need two was $700. A barbecue I saw which was over the top cool super high quality was $14,000 is even better news when you look it up online there's another one that's slightly bigger that's $18,000. Very nice store.
